Fair Usage Policy

All unlimited plans from IoxHost are enforced by our fair usage policy. A different fair usage policy is in effect on a per service basis.

If you are on a shared plan you adhere to the following FUP. You may use up to 20GB space and 100GB transfer per month before we recommend you move onto a better plan more suited to your needs.

If you are on a reseller plan your FUP is 30GB HDD Space and 200GB Monthly transfer. Once you get close to these a member of IoxHost staff will contact you recommending you a service which will suit you better.

If your website/s reach our FUP or goes over you may face suspension because you will start to degrade the servers performance and effect other customers on our server. We will contact you when you reach your FUP agreements.

NOTE: From July 2011 we stopped selling our Unlimited plan to customers. If a customer faces suspension they will not be able to take out another unlimited plan as most have done so before.
